2004 Volvo S40 (LSE W/ Sport Package) This is our immaculate, 1-owner, garage-kept, 2004 Volvo S40 1.9 Turbo, with less than 62,500 miles. Cosmetically, and mechanically, this Volvo deserves a 9 on a scale with 10 being the best rating (please see photos attached). Our car is equipped with Volvo’s Sport Package which makes the looks very appealing, and it has successfully undergone the Texas State Inspection. The exterior is in great condition as it does not have any noticeable defects, in addition, the interior is in even better condition, as we are non-smokers. Mechanically everything is operating as expected – the engine runs strong and consistent, and the transmission still shifts like a brand new vehicle. The CD player, radio and other basic functions are working well, and the A/C blows strong and cold.Our Volvo is road-worthy and ready to be driven, anywhere. It has been driven cross-country, from California, when moving to Texas in 2006, without any issues so we are confident our Volvo can do it again. Plus, the 4-cylinder (1.9-liter) engine gives great gas mileage and is much less expensive compared to the Volvo S40s 2.4-liter model. Moreover, the horsepower from the turbo is still very noticeable and a good addition to the sport package. Finally, the 16” alloy rims have a very sporty design, and we just recently paid to have (4) brand new Goodyear Eagle tires mounted and balanced onto them (please see pictures). This would make a great first-car for any new driver as it is very safe, dependable and has been well-maintained.
