2002 Pontiac Trans Am WS6 This is a 1 owner car bought in April of 2002. As of right now it has 72,744 miles on it. This car is a Trans Am WS6, 6 speed manual with the Hurst shifter. Rear end is a 3.42 gear. Tires have about 3,000 miles on them, New pads and rotors also have about 3,000 miles. And new rear shocks. Has power drivers seat, radio controls on steering wheel, Monsoon sound system. Clutch was replaced less than 15k ago with GM clutch kit and new pilot bearing. Motor is strong and runs smooth, a/c is still ice cold power windows work good, t-tops do not leak and the t-top shades are still there. There is a pistol grip shifter with short throw rod. I may still have o.e. shifter. There is after market rear control arms and torque bar. Also have subframe connectors. There are a few mechanical issues. The u-joints need replacing, decals for hood were not replaced when hood was repainted in 2003, some chips on right head lamp cover, rear bumper has 2 scrapes from garage door(see pictures) they go into the plastic. Driver seat material is worn on side from getting in and out of car. No muffler, ran 3" pipe in place of muffler, has close to same sound as stock just louder but not overly loud. The one main issue is the rear diff. There is a ratchet locker in place of stock carrier, and the ring and pinion gear are not set right at this point, it howls and rattles a bit. It is drivable but does need repair, I do not recomend driving long distance with it in its current condition. The ABS light is on because the locker did not have abs ring on it. last thing is there is a loan against this car, reserve is $7,600 I will not go lower. If you purches this the loan is thru a local bank and would be advised to plan to pick car up on a weekday or saturday befor noon so the bank can be paid in full and release the lein on the car, I do have the title.
