Vehicle Detail

2000 BMW M Roadster I have owned this car since it was new and will be sorry to see it go - it's in great condition and an incredible amount of fun to drive. Features include:Imola Red paint with black leather interiorS52B32 engine - 3.2L inline 6 - 240HPAnti-lock, airbags, ASC traction controlKeyless entry/alarm system (2 transmitters)Power seats, windows, top, mirrors, door locksCD playerBlitzsafe adapter (line input for MP3 player, etc - located in center console)The car was always garaged until I moved last year - since then it has spent some time in the garage and some time parked on the street due to lack of garage space (which is a big reason I'm selling it). It was my daily driver except in the winter - I kept it garaged all winter, so despite being located in PA it has not seen any road salt and there is no corrosion. It runs great, no mechanical problems, A/C and all the power accessories are working - the car has been almost completely trouble-free for as long as I've had it. All scheduled maintenance has been completed according to BMW recommendations (at Sewickley BMW and Bill Ballon Automotive). Last Inspection II service was June 2008 @ 75938 miles, and it just passed PA state Inspection/Emissions on Aug. 4, 2010. The service records are almost complete - I am missing a couple receipts which I will try to track down. No accidents, although I have had a few minor incidents that resulted in trips to the body shop: (a) someone keyed the hood/door, (b) a tractor trailer kicked up a piece of tire on the highway that hit the hood, and (c) I hit a curb (at low speed) which damaged 2 wheels and a rocker panel and required some alignment work. The body shop did fantastic work in all cases, especially on the paint, and the repairs are not noticeable. The wheels were done by another shop and they initially looked great as well but after 10 years (this happened in 2000) the finish is not quite as nice as the factory wheels. Other than that, there are a couple scratches on the front bumper (due to other people's inability to parallel park) and a small tear in the driver's door panel (which I caused with the seatbelt the same day I bought it - grr). So, some small issues but overall, it looks great inside and out. If you have any questions or if you want to come look at it or take a test drive let me know. I've had a lot of fun with this car and have taken good care of it, and I can guarantee you'll enjoy it! Added: just a couple notes on the history report - I initially leased the vehicle (12/11/1999) and bought it at the end of the lease (12/12/2002) with a loan that has since been paid off.
