This is a 2002 BMW M3 Convertible Carbon Black Metallic with black nappa leather. This M3 has 100,609 miles and is in great shape in and out. The car runs amazing and I just replaced the clutch at a BMW dealership at 87,000 miles. You can see from the pictures how great the car looks and how well it was maintained. Oil and all maintenance were done on time and at certified BMW dealerships. The car has never been in an accident, except for the minor ding on the rear bumper that happen in a parking lot. The top was adjusted and checked at 83,000 miles at BMW and is working perfectly. Every feature and button works perfectly and nothing is malfunctioning. The Air Conditioning was just optimized and it is blowing VERY cold. Last June (2009), the Vanos system had a total breakdown and caused my engine to fail, so I had BMW put in a new engine. I have all the paperwork showing the work done at my local BMW dealership and everything was done perfect to BMW spec. They did not just fix the engine, they put a whole NEW engine in the car! The engine runs super smooth and acts like brand new since it has about 13,000 miles on it now. BMW had also given me a 2 year warranty on the engine and it will expire in June 2011. There is a very minor ding on the rear passenger side panel, the rear bumper has a little ding that is just cosmetic, and the passenger side interior door trim has cracked paint, which is typical of all E46s M3s with the Titan Shadow trim. All of these imperfections can be seen clearly in the pictures provided. I have all the keys and books that came with the car. All of the options that the car came equipped with are listed on the factory window sticker which is included in the pictures for your convenience. This BMW M3 has a 100% clean Carfax indicating 0 major accidents and I do not know why Autocheck reports my dings as accidents, I contacted my insurance and I suppose thats why the Autocheck listed them as accidents.
