Vehicle Detail

This car has a history that goes back 17 years when my father bought it in 93. It's a 1991 Iroc Z28 with a 5.7 Tune port injection. The car has not seen the road and has not been plated since 1998. The mileage is 32316 original. The car has no rust what so ever and has never seen snow. So the story goes like this: After putting the wrench time in the car from 1994 to 1997 my father became very ill to the point of having a very long stay in the hospital. After getting out he just wasn't the same and had no energy or drive to work on cars anymore. He told me that he sold the car to a friend and that was the end of it..... 13 years later I am taking care of my father and come to find out while going through some papers of his that he was paying on a storage unit, when I opened the unit it was full of many many things but under it all was this Iroc that he had told me he sold. Now this car has not been started in a very long time and it is going to need some TLC but from what I remember this car was one bad azz ride. The car has been titled to me and is no longer in a storage unit, but I have no use for it and my kids are still way to small for it. I thought about giving it to my son but he's only 6 and my wife tells me that the motor will have to come out before he gets it. That's too much work for me at this time so this hidden treasure is up for who ever wants it. In the time my father was a gear head he put alot of time and money into this car. I ask him today what he remembers putting into it and I'm going to tell you what he told me. 58mm Throttle Body, SLP 51010 Roller Cam, 5.1 Roller Rockers, 91 Corvette Aluminum Heads w/stainless steel valves, SLP Headers, SLP High Flow Intake Runners, Edelbrock High Flow Intake, Timing belt was replaced with Gear Drivin, Transmission Shift Kit (Summit), MSD ignition High Fire and the SLP Headers go into a 3" Full Flowmaster Exahust from Summit. And that's about all he can remember. From what I can see it also has new tires with a whole lot of meat on them, they are also not dry rotted and still holding air. Now when I brought this car home I put it up on blocks to save the suspention and the under side from rusting out. Not to mention any unwanted animals nesting in it. I was going to start working on it but I just don't have the time to play with it so there it is, my little piece of the cars history. Winning bidder is to pay $500.00 within 48hrs of auctions end. The rest of the auction price is prefered to ba paid in cash at time of pick up. Also he or she is responsible for the pick up of this car. Flat bed would be the way to go.
