55 BelAir Convertible, Car was painted years ago but still looks good (has a couple little spots that have been touched up) interior is fairly recent.Has what is believed to be the original "265" Cu.In. Power Pack engine (4 barrel & dual exhaust) Engine has been completely overhauled including all new pistons, rings,bearings,camshaft,(original style solid lifters) block was bored.060 over, complete valve grind with new guides for unleaded fuel.Correct carburetor (55 only) completely rebuilt,original stock air cleaner with (modern type dry air filter) has original exhaust manifolds with complete new exhaust system with dual Smitty's mufflers (sounds great with just a little rumble but not to loud) also has the correct Power pack tailpipe extentions.It has a new clutch disc,pressure plate,&throwout bearing .The 3 speed transmission has been completely rebuilt with all new bearings & seals.Has 3:55 open rear end. New u-joints, new ball joints, 4 new shocks,all new wheel cylinders,& brake shoes,all drums resurfaced, rebuilt (original) master cylinder,Original wheels & wheel covers with 5 new bias ply tires, new gas tank & fuel lines,new fuel pump,locking gas cap,convertible top & rear window is in excellent condition with a new hydraulic top motor & new top boot, Has front & rear accessory bumper guards,fuel tank door guard,dual rear view mirrors,fender skirts, & door handle guards. Has new AM/FM Custom Auto sound radio with Ipod connection. Has under dash Oil,Volt,& temp. gauges along with working (Idiot) lights on dash.Has new under dash firewall pad, heater core, heater control cables & heater control valve, all new heater hoses, new radiator & rad. hoses (runs at 185 degees even in Az 100 plus degree heat) Has Halogen tailight bulbs (So they can be seen) This car runs & drives like new and will cruise all day long at modern hi-way speeds.
