1966 Chevelle Malibu up for auction.......This is not a $40k show car but a very nice reliable cruiser and it is priced like wise. Original sheet metal never cut on, solid Original V8 Manual trans. Sport Coupe car. I would rate the older paint job @ a 7 out of 10 due to small dings minor scratches and one small bubble (size of a nickel) behind the trim on bottom of quarter panel. A small thin frig. magnet will stick all over the whole car. No rust showing on the car. Solid Trunk has no holes but has a couple small patches in it the size of a post card. Body gaps all look good doors, trunk, and hood close with ease. Chrome appears to be original in good shape. Power steering, manual drum brakes. Glass all in good shape and windows work correctly. Very nice interior Headliner, Dash, Seats, and carpet all in great shape, Hurst competition shifter aftemarket tach and guage clustermunted below dash. Lights, blower, gas gauge, radio, wipers, and cigg. lighter all work. Horn not working and the speedo bounces. Car has a 355 V8 with HEI distributor, headers, full length duals, holley carb, and edlebrock intake. Runs and sounds great no smoke and no engine noises. Starts right up and idles correctly. Car drives like a dream and handles very well. Brakes are firm and it will stop on a dime. Car runs 190 degrees on a 100 degree day. Turns 2800 RPM @ 65 MPH. I dont know the rear gear ratio. M21 4 speed tranny, close gear ratio shifts smoothly. Newer tires and new wheels in great shape.
