Vehicle Detail
For your consideration we have a solid 1969 Plymouth Roadrunner project car up for auction. This Oregon car originally came with the 383 engine. It now has a 1973 440 that was running well when parked several years ago. The automatic transmission is the venerable Torque Flight 727. The car's original color was brown but was painted orange by a previous owner. The subframes are solid front and back with only surface rust evident. The floorboards also have surface rust but are not rusted through. The trunk has some thin spots with a couple of small rust-throughs and the spare tire mount area has suffered metal fatigue. The rear fenders have rust behind the wheel wells and the rear window lower corners have rust in the usual places. The front fenders and doors are solid. The right front fender is the only panel with slight damage. All of the areas with issues are shown in the photographs. All of the glass is very good and usable. The upholstery could be cleaned up and used and upgraded at a later time if desired. The headliner is a thing of the past. Overall, this is a very complete and sturdy foundation for a what could be a very nice ride. I am listing this Roadrunner for a friend but I will be available to answer questions via email. All inquiries will be directed to the owner for consultation so if you want instant information about the car, you should call the owner, Guy Carter @ 503-656-1376 About Payment: I will contact the winning bidder via email within 3 hours of auction completion.
