Vehicle Detail

Absolutely beautiful 1958 Tr3a, black with gray interior is a rare combination that looks amazing. This car has always placed in the top 3 at all British shows and has a best of show to go with it. It is a 20 yr old restoration done right no short cuts. Its straight, has perfect lines, absolutely no rust, and has never been damaged. This is one of the best black paints you will see. Gray interior with proper piping, rear seat, and deluxe carpet that includes trunk. Front bumper is original with badge bar and working period correct Cibie rally lights. Dash has no extra holes, all gauges work, as does the high beam foot switch. Gauge cluster wrapped in dark gray instead of black crinkle. Engine and transmission from a Tr4 so you will have syncro first gear and I believe valve cover is different also but could be changed although nobody has ever noticed. 6650 miles since complete rebuild in 1990. Great oil pressure 50 – 75 hot cold. Does not burn oil. Have always used 20-50 oil as most do with brit cars. There is an oil leak, remember it is british, I believe is rear main seal since I have had it. It is not bad and never have to add oil between changes. This was probably caused from years in storage before I aquired it. Has front disc rear drum and even a fully working emergency brake. 60 spoke chrome wheels with 3in white walls is a stunning look with black paint. Electrical is all original harness nothing cobbled up and all in working order. Pic shows wrong flasher and the extra wiring on the start soleniod is rally lights. Generater rebuilt 2006. Again everthing on this car works as it should. Has gray matching soft top almost new rarely used and white tonneau cover. Also included is a set of side curtains for rebuild with the Dzus fasteners and brackets that I never installed, liked the cleaner door look. This is a stunning car but remember it is a 20 yr old restoration and has a nick or two that have been touched up and so minor I was unable to show in picks. I may have forgot somes things and will add as if I think important. I welcome all that are able to view this Tr3 in person at my home. I can be available anytime with short notice. Contact through ebay and I will furnish contact info Now the ebay stuff. I ask for $1000.00 within 48hrs of auction ending through pay pal the balance certified bank note within 7days.
