People are likely to focus first on the A6's large trapezoidal grille. The sedan has an upswept shoulder line and what Audi calls a "curved dome" in the middle of the hood. Wraparound taillights and a horizontal chrome trunk strip are installed. Alloy wheels hold 16-inch tires. Inside, the driver uses an electrohydraulic parking brake. The Multi Media Interface system features a 7-inch color display screen. Light and rain sensors and a tire pressure monitoring system are standard. Audi's A6 has a new cupholder similar to its smaller sibling, the A4. New metallic trim rings the instrument cluster, there's a new overhead center console and the CD changer now has MP3 playback capability. It holds five people on leather seating surfaces. Controls on the wide center console face slightly toward the driver. A large tachometer and speedometer are installed, and the four-spoke leather-wrapped steering wheel features a trapezoidal center design that mimics the grille. Automatic climate control is standard. Trunk volume totals 15.9 cubic feet. Includes a DVD-based navigation system and a rearview camera. Sideguard head-curtain airbags and side-impact airbags are installed. Audi's Electronic Stability Program is standard. Antilock brakes include electronic brake-force distribution and brake assist. Confident handling and sure-footed all-wheel drive are the A6's strongest attributes. The car doesn't qualify as a powerhouse, but acceleration is quite satisfying with the V-6. The automatic transmission responds promptly and effectively with either engine and delivers a civilized experience. The taut suspension reacts promptly but not excessively. It can cope with most road roughness, but the ride can become bouncy through harsher stretches. It is very clean inside and out, and it drives like new. Non-smoker. Vehicle has all four brand new Pirelli all season tires, the front rotors and brake pads where replaced. The back ones are about 60% life. The oil change has been done with mobile syntactic oil. So you can see that everything is taken care of so you don’t have to spend a dime. This beautiful vehicle is equipped with premium package, a premium Bose sound package as well as the IPOD connection for your continuance, Xenon Lights package. This 2007 certified used Audi had 27,000 miles when I bought it and I haven't had a single problem. All the power I can use and all I do is think about passing and the next thing I know I'm past in absolute silence and total control. The brakes are amazing, but rather touchy and take some getting used to. I average 27 mpg and 32 on the highway doing 70-75. Nav is fast, accurate and easy, Bose radio rocks, steering and handling great. My speedometer is 3 mph fast and the front cupholders aren't great - otherwise nothing compares for this 6'2" 220 pounder Review Excellent design inside and out (understated class). At home at the market or country club. Fit and finish is incredible. The 18" wheels look the best and are surprisingly smooth on the road. Would encourage wheel insurance though as they're easy to nick and scuff. Interior screams luxury - well appointed and roomy. MMI control is much easier to learn than critics say.Upgraded Bose audio is concert hall quality with the surround sound selection. Bluetooth works like a dream. Adaptive headlights are very bright. Good acceleration and braking. Quattro AWD gives excellent handling. Tight turning radius for a big car. Trunk is deep and the back seats fold down (!) easily holding golf bags. Review This car is soooo awesome. It drives like a dream. The luxury amenities are truly luxurious. The nav is awesome. The capability of calling friends by voice command and bluetooth technology will allow me to never get a ticket. It is so beautiful both on the inside and the outside.
