BargainsSavingsGalore Store 1995 Cheverolet Camaro Z28 5.7 Liter V8 Automatic Black I have owned this black 1995 Z28 Camaro for 11 years. For the past 4 years I have not driven it. The car is 15 years old and in fair condition with some mechanical and body damage. Paint on the car is the original paint with some peeling and fading (see pictures). The car comes with a rebuilt transmission and shift kit. The car was parked when the replacement transmission started leaking and the rear end began making a humming noise. At the time it was parked all electrical components on the car were working. March 2010 the car started and ran in park but was not driven because of the possible risk to the transmission. May 2010 the car was towed to a mechanic. The fuel pump was not working at that time and the transmission and rear end were not looked at as the car would not start. I am aware of two accidents that occurred during my ownership of the vehicle. In the winter of 1999-2000 the rear right quarter panel was damaged, and repaired. In Spring 2003 the right rear quarter panel was dented-in while backing out, the damage was minimal and the dent was easily popped out, although the paint was not repaired and there are small cracks in that area. To my knowledge mechanically the car will need to have the fuel pump replaced and the transmission and rear end looked at. Cosmetically the car needs a new paint job with some body work to the right quarter panel. This car is being sold as-is in non-running condition with a clear title.
