Vehicle Detail
This 1997 Honda Civic EX has 290,000 miles on it. The engine was replaced at 180k (I do have documentation to prove this that i can provide upon request). The car needs a lot of work. It has cosmetic front end damage from a deer last year. Most likely needs new bumper, front right fender, right side mirror, and the passenger door needs work. Also the drivers window fell off the track and has been pulled out completely; It is an easy fix but one i thought i should mention. All other windows work properly and the automatic locks also work. For some reason the 2 back doors are locked and will not come unlocked making them completely inoperable. The car is essentially a 2 door at this point. I have no idea why the doors wont open and have never taken the time to fix them. The breaks are in desperate need of replacing and are metal on metal. I have not really driven the car in several months. The windshield is also cracked. I am not sure how it happened but one day in the spring the cold night and warm day must have caused it to crack. Other than that, the car has a 400$ Alpine head unit and a fully working sunroof. The interior has about as much wear as you would expect out of a car with 290,000 miles on it, and there are also some knicks and scratches on the exterior. This car has a lot of valuable parts to it and could be a pretty easy fix for someone who knows their way around a garage. I do not. I am the 2nd owner of the car and I purchased it when it had only 26,000 miles on it. I have maintained it very well and i have to be honest the thing is a trooper. It is still running strong. Car is obviously sold as-is. I have tried to describe all problems as best I can but feel free to ask me questions. Quick side note- I am a student in need of a laptop (that is why I am selling the car), If anyone would like to offer a trade let me know
