Up for sale is my 1973 alfa romeo of which I am the 2nd owner,purchased from an alfa salesman at Loeber Motors , Chicago , in 1979. I did transfer title to a freind's name 7 years ago because of a personal situation at the time. I have all receipts in excess of $6000.00 IN PARTS dating back to the beginning in my name from Bobcor and Loeber. I also have all the documentation as to what was done. New camshafts,pistons,transmission ( less than 3000 miles), clutch, exhaust, front springs, Dual Weber conversion, electronic ignition,an uninstalled chrome front stabilizer bar,etc., just to mention a few. I still have the original spica fuel injection system, along with all or any original parts changed out. The undercarraige, floors and frame is solid. Rust in the usual places. Dash, steering wheel,door panels and rear seat, are perfect. No tears or rips in the headliner and the drivers front seat has a split seam. Carpets are also good. This was my baby and the longest car I have ever owned. AN EXTRA COMPLETE DRIVETRAIN WITH SPICA FUEL INJECTION IS INCLUDED WITH THIS SALE. That's complete engine from air cleaner to oil pan, transmission and rear end brake drum to drum. I was going to restore her but it's just not happening. Perhaps it's time to let someone else own her. The car ran when parked , but has been stored for the last 20 years. I require a $500 non-refundable deposit via paypal and the remaining balance within 7 days in the order of cash or check. Car will not be released until all funds have cleared my bank.
