Up for auction is a 2007 Ford Mustang Shelby GT-H Convertible. These were made just for Hertz and only 500 were produced. This is number 419. We are a Hertz system licensee and purchased this vehicle new and never put it into rental service, unlike most of the other existing Shelby's. It has been used for advertisements and as a promotional tool for our company. This Shelby has spent most of its life on the showroom floor of our dealership. The GT-H package upgrades include Ford Racing Performance Group’s Power Pack that kicks up the 4.6L V-8/Five-speed automatic transmission powertrain to 319 horsepower. To put that extra power to the ground, the Ford Shelby GT-H features the Ford Racing Handling Pack including special-tuned dampers, lowering springs, sway bars and a strut tower brace – plus a 3.55:1 ratio rear axle assembly for extra off-the-line acceleration. Other upgrades include a 14” brake package, custom 18” wheels, rear brake duct kit, front brake duct kit, driving light package, roll bar, lower billet grille insert designed to fit all California Special Mustangs, three-gauge center dash-pod with custom Shelby gauges, custom floor mats, sequential tail lamps, authentic racing hood pin kit, billet engine fluid caps, and various interior appointments. There has been no previous body work or mechanical repair on this vehicle. It is in great shape. There a couple of very small chips on the hood and a spot on the driver's side front wheel. Both are shown in the last two pictures. We encourage vehicle inspections and if you are in the area you are more than welcome to come look at it.
