This bike runs and rides great, it has been my daily commuter bike for three years now. Bike comes with plenty of extras as indicated in the photos, in addition there is a BMW heated vest system. I will also throw in the maintenance manual and DVD. I have performed the maintenance and can attest to a new clutch ($2500 value), new tires this season, fresh oil and fluids, throttle bodies, etc. I removed the factory muffler and c. converter (the increased noise has kept the deer away). Has ABS. I am the third owner of this bike. The original owner dropped the bike once and of the pegs damaged the transmission, which was replaced with the later year transmission (the improved M94). Bike has a restored title that originated from NC due to the transmission replacement. The second owner dropped the bike on the right side and you can see the scratch marks on the valve covers. I have not dropped this bike, but it does have some wear and tear marks in addition to the tank paint issues this year/model is known for. KBB is $3970 and on any of the BMW sites this bike is going between $4000-$4500 (without any of the extras included). On Jul-31-10 at 11:19:49 PDT, seller added the following information: FOR CLARIFICATION: 1. I have an additional "M4" pipe and catalytic converter that comes with the purchase of the bike. 2. From what I was told when I purchased from 2nd owner, the title was called a "restored title" when originally bought in NC. In PA it is called a "reconstructed title".
