1982 Honda Magna

Up for bid with no reserve. Vintage 1982 Honda Magna V45, VF750C. I obtained this cycle in non-running condition and have refurbished it to good, safe running condition. The cycle now runs great and is road ready. Starts everytime and sounds great. I have cleaned the fuel tanks, installed a new fuel filter, installed a new battery, cleaned and reconditioned the carburators, synchronized the carbs. All lights, turn signals, horn, gauges all are now is working condition. Clutch and front brake master cylinders as well as front calipers have been cleaned and reconditioned and operate properly. Tires are in very good condition with lots of tread remaining. The front fender chrome cleaned up pretty good but is not perfect. The rear fender chrome and condition is very good. There are a couple dents in the fuel tank as can be seen in the photos. There is some blueing of the front part of the mufflers as can be seen in the photos, but not too bad. Apparently the engine was running lean prior to my ownership. The left side cover is perfect but the right side cover has the upper left retainer broken off. The other two retainers are intact. The right side cover where the retainer has been broken off has been drilled and tie strapped, but still can be easly removed and swings out of the way for access to the battery, starter solenoid, etc. You really must look closely to see there is a problem. I have refurbished and installed a new seat cover to original condition. The bike is road ready and am confident it can be riden any distance. Oil and filter has been changed with Mobil 1 15w50 synthetic. Buyer can bring this bike back into perfect condition with some cosmetic inhancements, but not necessary. Good luck bidding!
