This car has terrific paint with the usual wear and tear evident in a car that is not brand new. It has 79,212 miles but the overall condition is of a car with far fewer miles. The AC blows cold and all systems function as they were meant to. There are some rock chips on the front. The front spoiler as usual has scrape or two but has been repaired and repainted. The wheels overall are very good. They have had a couple of curb rashes that were professionally fixed. The convertible top is overall fine condition but has had what looks to be a repair behind the rear window on the left side probably a cut to put in a hand and open the door to steal a purse or briefcase. The repair was obviously professional and is blended, weather and water tight and does not detract from the beauty of the car. There is a dink in the rear bumper but it is minor enough that I could not get it to show in the photographs. The engine bay and interior are beautiful. The leather is supple and clean and free of stains and tears. The door sills with the M3 logos are unusually pristine. All switches including all window operate well and quickly. I've had it in my garage for two weeks and there isn't even the slightest drip of oil under the car. The prior owners were obviously “car people” and took very good care of the car. Because of its overall excellent condition I’m quite certain it has spent its life in a garage at night. This car has terrific paint with the usual wear and tear evident in a car that is not brand new. It has 79,212 miles. The AC blows cold and all systems function as they were meant to. There are some rock chips on the front. The front spoiler as usual has scrape or two but has been repaired and repainted. The wheels overall are very good. Winning bidder must contact us within 24 hours of auction end, and make arrangements for payment at that time. A $500.00 deposit is due within 24 hours of end of auction. The remainder is due within 5 days of auction end. If no contact is made within 24 hours we reserve the right to re-list the vehicle, sell it to the next high bidder, or sell it otherwise. Most banks and credit unions do not finance vehicles older than 1995 or with more than 100K miles. Make sure if financing that your financial institution accepts the year and miles of this vehicle before bidding. Please arrange financing prior to bidding.

I am a nearly 70 year old retired dentist that got a dealers license for a hobby. I love cars, German cars in particular. I only do perhaps one car per month and usually will pick a very very clean German car from the leasing dept of the respective brand. I don't keep a lot or inventory so my overhead is as low as possible. Hence I buy at the wholesale auctions and can basically pass the car through to the public at or slightly above what they sell for at the wholesale auctions.
