1965 Plymouth Satellite Two-Door Hartop Big Block 383 Car, Estate liquidation brought back to life after a lengthy storage. DRY CLIMATE TEXAS SOLID !!!!! Fast440 is pleased to offer this Satellite Hardtop just revived after years of indoor storage. Surprising to us as well, the car has strong mechanics. The Motor runs as a 64,986 original mile car should, and we believe the mileage to be accurate. The Fuel Tank and Fuel Lines have been cleaned with a Fuel Pump replaced. Some Carburetor work has been done, with Brakes and Transmission serviced as well as a full lube. Tight suspension, good front end and road manners. Ready for your cosmetic improvements, or drive it the way it is. Somehow, if you look at the car, the aged exterior Patina looks pretty cool for now. (972) 203-0767 InspectInspectInspection of the vehicle exterior reveals older/ORIGINAL factory paint work with some touch-up performed over the years. The Cranberry/Burgundy Metallic and Slate Gray colors are Factory Original. Imagine that color combination redone to high standards. Straight body panels when looking down both sides of the car, and exceptional body panel fit. Both doors close nicely with a good fit. Exterior trim and glass are original to the car, and in excellent condition in terms of original. We have most exterior trim items not shown on the car. It appears that someone started to tear the car down for cosmetic restoration, and that is as far as it went. Again, an Estate car, so nobody around to ask why. No rust bubbles forming anywhere other than the rear Quarter Panel areas behind the rear wheels no further than 3" inches upwards. Two donor Quarter panel inserts included in the sale for your future repairs (hard to find i am told). Along with the soft Trunk Pan, we can ascertain that the car had a leaky Tunk Seal. We have a solid Trunk Pan that goes with the car for your installation. WWhat is not to like about this classic Satellite/Belvedere Body Style ? the engine is oriThe engine is Factory original to the car and Date Code correct. It runs very strong, does not smoke or overheat, and starts reliably. Tune up, oil and filter change, radiator flush , Fuel Pump replacement, Transmission service was all just performed on the car. The exhaust system has no leaks, so it sounds good as well. Please note the condition of the stainless trim around the glass panels. No dents or dings on the well preserved front grille area. We have all of the Pymouth lettering that you probably noticed was missing. Please note the solid metal underneath both front doors, and no rust bubbles forming on the exterior corners. Yes, the passenger seat is missing, and we have no explanation. It was nowhere in sight when we were clearing out the contents of the Estate and It's location. We have a couple of 1967 Bucket seats that will need to be re-upholstered to throw in if this helps you. Bright White lettering on the Gauge Cluster !!!! Tight and original Headliner that should not be re-done !!! The Factory Option Center Console Tachometer should not be overlooked.
