Vehicle Detail

For sale is an all original 1964 Chrysler New Yorker, working and cold A/C, power steering, power assist brakes, and working power seats and windows. All side windows are gone except drivers vent, back window is fine, front window may need replacing someday. Have located several places that have all the glass for the car, I can give you the company name and number if buyer would like that information. When running window switches you can hear regulator moving up/down freely. I believe the car has 99,800 miles as the odometer says but may have been turned over but the way the car runs and drives I believe it to be the 99,800. The neutral saftey switch may be bad as we jumper past it at the starter relay under the hood to start the car, this is a cheap and easy fix. The car comes with some original documentation such as the original title, car order form, licensing form from when the car was bought new showing the new price of the car, which was $5029.50, and the taxes paid, and a form showing where the car was bought new from. Car has always been garage kept. Car is to be sold as is with no refunds or warranties expressed or implied. Drivetrain 413cid, uses no oil and runs great, 4-bbl, working A/C, 727 torque flight transmission with push button controls, The rear end is the 8 3/4. The front wheels are original ET unilug wheels from the 60's and the rear wheels are original Keystone non-unilug wheels from the 60's and all four are in great condition. Interior Original interior, front seat has a few tears, back seat, carpet, and headliner in great condition, Speedo has 3 bb holes in it but operates fine, all other gauges in operating order and since the car never sat outside the interior has not been sun faded. A good example of this is the gauge needles as they are as red as they were when they were new. A/C works and is cold, working AM radio. Body To the best of my knowledge the body appears to be all original with very little rust on bottom of front fenders. Other than that all pans and panels are very solid with no rust in them. There is one small dent about 8 to 10 inches long on the drivers rear door but is not deep and has hardly even damaged the paint. In the pictures you may see a scratch in the drivers front fender by the headlight this is only a paint scratch, there is not a dent there and no rust. Other that there may be a few small dents but not many. The trim on the car is very nice with very minimal aging an is dent free for being a 1964. The grill is like new. I can send more pictures apon request and if you have any questions feel free to ask. I have the car for sale locally an reserve the right to end auction early if it sells locally. Thanks for looking.
