You are bidding on 2004 Toyota Prius. The car is in perfect functional condition. The car has active CAR POOL LANE STICKERS. These are transferrable to the new owner and are valid through the end of 2012. There is a discussion in the congress to extent it through the end of 2014. If you are a commuter, you will love driving single in the carpool lane. The car has never been out of California and has never seen a snow and NEVER been in an accident. I am the first owner. None smoker, no pet owner. Registration is pre-paid through February 2011. The car is clean. It has a minor tear (1") in the rear seat and small scratch on the right fender. Noted in the photos.Toyota advertises milage 50 mpg in the city and 45 on the highway. I never get the advertised milage, but achieve 47 mpg in the city and 43 mpg on the highway.The car has been inspected by Toyota for the gas pedal and the floor matt issue. The title is clear and I have the pink slip.
