Up for auction is this very original California black plate survivor 1969 Chevelle Concours station wagon. Has truly only known one owner and one primary driver since new. Always garaged by the original owner and well loved. Odometer shows just over 70k original miles and assume that the mileage is original and the odometer has not turned over judging by the condition of usual wear items (front floor heal area along with the gas and brake pedals) and overall condition of the vehicle. Originally ordered and/or optioned with a 307 V8, Air Conditioning, power steering, power brakes, automatic transmission, seat belts, and front accessory floor mats. This wagon is in amazing original condition: Paint appears to be 100% original with no major accidents or rust anywhere and still shines very well. Interior is also 100% original and again in near new condition. Horn button and steering wheel have a few cracks. All glass appears to be original and all windows function properly. The windshield has a crack but still functions well and although the crack is on the drivers side I have not found it to interfere with my vision. This wagon has not been in daily driver rotation for a couple of years and would benefit from little work: Exhaust leak (believe it is at the flange between the manifold and exhaust pipe), carb rebuild, and tires. This wagon does run and drive and is currently registered with it's original California black plates. Most everything appears to function as it should: Wipers, turn signals, headlights, brake lights, interior and dash lights, original radio, gauges, etc. This wagon was originally purchased from John Roth Chevrolet in Merced, CA and has an original set of dealer plate frames mounted. Also included with the sale is the original glovebox owners manual and some extra items: Fan belts, oil filters, original John Roth license plate insert, photocopy of the original 1969 pink slip, and a few other miscellaneous items.
