For auction I am selling my 1982 Chevy Camaro. Purchased this car 2 years ago as a project to rebuild. The original motor was replaced with a 305 from a 1979 chevy pickup. The block was inspected, cleaned, rebore to .030 over, new cam bearing and freeze plugs installed, all at H & H auto parts in Canton Ohio. At the same time I also had the crank turned .010 on both the rod and main journals. Also H & H Magnaflux pressure tested, redecked the heads along with replacing all valve seals and checking all valves and stems for damage. Once cleaned up the engine was put back together using parts listed below Weiand dual plane intake Edelbrock 600cfm carburetor (manual choke, manual secondary) Melling Select camshaft Felpro engine gasket kit Clevite piston rings, crank and rod bearings Dynomax headers and dual exhaust mid pipes Flowmaster super 44 series mufflers Taylor cap, rotor and plug wires Bosch platinum spark plugs New battery (Autozone) The car has approx 500 miles on it since the motor was rebuilt.The title shows 95,624. The transmission in this car has been changed from the factory turbo 200 to a TH350 with a B&M street and strip shift kit. This required the driveshaft to be shortened and balanced which was completed by Custom Clutch and Hydraulics. The cooling system was also upgraded to a high flow water pump, 2 electric thermostat controlled fans, and a two core Summit Racing radiator. (180 degree thermostat) The exhaust it Dynomax headers dumping into non-converter individual mid-pipes that are connected to two of Flowmasters loudest mufflers (the super 44 series). The factory speedometer has been replaced with a summit brand speedometer and electric sender which are reprogrammable if any tire or gear changes are made. (push button control) Recently replaced the door bushings in the drivers door (these cars are known for door sag) The hood on the car is a Harwood 3" with hood pins in the front and locking pins in the back (for security). All gauges work including oil pressure, water temp, speed, gas, tachometer, and battery. All glass is free from cracks and chips. need a heater box and blower motor installed for heat to work (I have these items just haven't installed them, will include with car in sale) needs wiper fluid container installed (again, have it you will just need to install it) this car does NOT have a power steering pump installed I have installed an new Dual brand CD MP3 player with 2 Pyramid front and 2 JBL rear speakers.
