This is a "NO RESERVE" auction This is a true time capsule. This 1997 Honda Accord LX coupe has ONLY 25,000 miles. This is no scam having been completely inspected in Virginia, and again here in Pennsylvania. There are no check engine lights, or any other lights for that matter, unless you don't fasten your seatbelt... Hehe. I just recently brought this car back to my house driving it worry free from Norfolk Virginia where it has been stored for the last 6 years at my brother's house. The car was involved in an accident that caused the airbags to deploy. There was however NO, NONE, NADA, ZIP frame damage incurred in the accident. The parts replaced were as follows: Hood, fender bumper cover, driver's headlight, airbags, and module, and windshield as the passenger airbag deployment, cracked it. This truly is a great car, and honestly if I could keep it, I would, but I own 5 other vehicles, and this one seemed like the easiest one to sell. I AM STARTING THE BIDDING AT $4500. I don't care what NADA says the value is, or KBB either for that matter. I know what the car is truly worth, and I will not sell it cheap. This car will outlast 99% of brand new cars. It has new brakes in the front. not because they were worn out, but they were noisey, and I will not sell a junk car to anyone. Please, feel free to come look at the car. I am advertising the car locally, so don't be surprised if I end the auction early. I reserve that right. I am willing to entertain offers, but don't be stupid... . I AM NOT GOING TO SELL THIS CAR CHEAP!!!!! As you can see by the auotcheck score. Similiar vehicles High scores were 62, whereas mine with a reconstructed title, scores just as high with a 62!!! Getting back to the car. the interior is in great shape, and looks new. Stick your head in the car and you will not believe it, but it still smells Brand new. There are a couple little dings in the car, but for the right price, I will call the Paintless dent guy to come and remove them as best as can be done. There is no rust on the car. the wheels which were originally steel have been replaced with a set of Accord EX aluminum wheels, and the tires have been replaced as well, and have about 1000 miles on them. I also added an EX rear spoiler to improve the looks. All parts were replaced with Brand new parts, with the exception of the wheels, and the rear spoiler, which is cracked. It does not affect the spoiler, but I am just letting you know. Do not be afraid of this car. If you know anything about Hondas, you know this car will last for years and years to come. There is only one thing that I would suggest doing, and that would be the timing belt and water pump. They are not due until 105,000 miles or 7 years but because of the age, I would suggest doing them. I can have it done for an additional $325 if the buyer is interested before pickup.
