Vehicle Detail
We are selling our 1970 Subaru 360 Deluxe after close to 10 years of ownership. During our time with this fun little car we had the brakes rebuilt by White Post Restorations where the master and all four wheel cylinders were brass sleeved, refurbished the clutch and tracked down some small missing pieces to complete the car. This is a running, stopping and complete 360 that comes with all the mandatory Subaru 360 Club literature and a spare front windshield. Prior to our ownership, the car had been painted to look like the very rare Subaru Young. Please note that the repaint on this car has faded significantly and the pictures shown were taken shortly after the car was washed. The paint is not as glossy as it appears, and I am happy to send dusty pictures to all that request them. The body of this car is in very good shape considering its age. There are dents, dings, scratches etc. but no visible collision damage or rust. There had been some rust scale beneath the master cylinder due to the leaking fluid but this has been corrected with Por45. Buyer is responsible pick up of the vehicle but we will gladly help out where we can. On Jun-18-10 at 15:01:48 PDT, seller added the following information: I have attached additional photos based on a number of questions/requests. If any potential bidders are interested in having a look at the car prior to bid closing, please send a message and we will try to accommodate. On Jun-20-10 at 11:39:48 PDT, seller added the following information: We had the car out today for a wash and a quick look over before he goes to his new home. He started on the first try and all systems seem to be functioning properly. We took some videos and posted them on youtube if anyone is interested. Just copy and paste the links into your browser.
