1964 1/2 Mustang Hardtop. 6 cyl., auto, power steering. VIN # 5F07U. Door data tag: 65A P 86 30G 23 3 6. Decodes as : 64 1?2 with standard black interior, prairie bronze, built July 30, 1964 and shipped to Philadelphia. It has a 3:20 rear and a C-4 auto.trans. The car also has power steering, which is rare for a 6 cyl. Overall the car is in decent, restorable condition. The rust on the car is minimal. It needs a left front floor pan, typical door bottom rust, and right hand lower quarter rust. The front rails, shock towers, aprons, firewall, and cowls are solid. The hood is a new repro. Both fenders are solid. The front valance is new. The rear shackle rails and trunk floors are solid. The rear tail panel was replaced. It also has new tail light bezels, lenses, and housings. Mechanically the car runs. It has a new gas tank. It has new battery and battery tray. There is a hole in the battery apron that can be repaired instead of being replaced. The car probably has a 200 instead of a 170. The interior is fairly decent. The carpets, seats, door panels and head liner are in good enough condition for a daily driver. The dash pad is shot. Otherwise the dash area is original and untouched. The car is in the Philadelphia area and I would welcome any inspections. I can offer delivery on a car trailer at an additional cost.
