Vehicle Detail
I am doing this listing for my husband. Any questions should be directed to him. His name is Bob and his cell phone # is 1-413-530-4880. No calls will be accepted after 9 p.m. est. Up for Auction is a very special and unique vehicle. It is a 1952 Chevy pickup that was built by a Nascar Busch series Champion who is on the top 10 list for the most career Busch series wins. The builder was driven to be the best and that is what he did when he built this truck. It received a frame off build up by its builder Terrible Tommy, aka Tommy Ellis. The truck is done beautifully and with TLC. The truck has always been kept in a garage out of the elements and has only been driven occasionally. The truck had 14,950 miles on it when I bought it and has 15,809 on it now. The body is mostly stock with very nice burgundy base coat clear coat paint. The engine has 400 horsepower. It sounds awesome. The interior is gray velour with embroidering of a Chevy symbol with 52 in the middle on the back of the seat. The truck has tilt wheel, power steering, power disc brakes, tinted glass, vintage air, heat and defrost. The windows are power and the truck has a Kenwood AM/FM/Cassette radio. The body has never had rust on it. The burgundy paint is accented with red and blue pinstripes on the cab. The bed has stainless steel and stained oak. The wheels are polished billet aluminum Pacers 8 and half inches wide. The front end is modified Mustang 11 with a large sway bar. The truck not only drives excellent, it also handles very well. The engine has been completely rebuilt. It has a Cam Dynamics hydraulic camshaft, 9 to 1 pistons, Edelbrock aluminum RPM performer heads, RPM air gap intake with a 750 double pumper Holley carb. A Griffin aluminum radiator with a hand crafted shroud cools the engine. The headers were custom made by the builder and are powder coated. It sounds and runs very strong. The transmission is a 700R4 and the rear end is a 3.73 posi-traction unit from a Chevelle. It has all the amenities such as disc brakes, air, power rack and pinion steering plus a strong power plant. The under side of the truck looks as good as the rest of the truck. The truck has no known mechanical defects or flaws. It is a turn key vehicle ready to be driven and enjoyed. It is sold as is where it is. The trucks location is in Huntington, Mass. The inspections are current. This truck needs nothing, but a new owner. A $2000.00 deposit will be required within 3 days of the sale of the truck and must be picked up with-in 2 weeks of the Auctions end. It is the responsibility of the buyer to arrange pick up for the vehicle. Thank you for looking and good luck bidding.
