Located in NW North Carolina addendum 6/9/10: Due to the outstanding amount of attention this listing is getting (1200+ views in 3 days) I am adding some relevant information. #1 The truck is located in West Jefferson. If you want to know how far that is from you, try Google Maps please. #2 The truck IS DRIVABLE the way it is now. That said, you only really need the cab, etc to restore and of course, be street legal. Motor, transmission, tires, etc are all usable right now. Obviously it needs touching up and perhaps some mechanical attention to be perfect, but most major parts and components are accounted for and the motor has only 1000 miles on it I believe, but I don't promise that specifically. #3 The reason this is listed on eBay is to sell it for what it is ONLINE. A restoration project. If you want to go see it, inspect it with a fine tooth comb, and haggle over a price 'outside of eBay', check the Auto Trader. That's why the price is $3k and not $4500.
