Up for bid is my 1999.5 red Audi Quattro 1.8l turbo manual transmission A4. It has 205,000 miles on it with the AEB engine. The car has a gray interior with the cold weather package with heated seats and fold down rear bench/ski bag. I am the second owner and have owned it since it came off lease in the 2001 timeframe. I have used this car up until recently as my daily driver. I just recently acquired a newer low mileage car for commuting to work, so this one needs to go. The Good: I have always used mobil1 5w-30 motor oil at approximate 3000mile intervals. It has H+R sport coils with bilstein shocks AWE stageII clutch and lightweight aluminum flywheel at 145,000miles. APR engine snub mount. The car has never been chipped. Timing belt along with water pump and thermostat has each been replaced at 70,000 and 145,000miles Rear wheel bearings replaced at 80,000miles front wheel bearings replaced at 145,000miles All 8 front control arms replaced at 145,000miles fuel filter replaced at 145,000miles transmission input seal replaced at 145,000miles Both Tie-rod ends replaced at 145,000miles Coolant flush at 145,000miles Valve cover seal 145,000miles Divertor valve replaced with 710N model at 173,000miles Cam Chain tensioner replaced at 173,000miles Front Outer CV boots replaced at 174,000miles and CV's repacked with grease Engine coolant flange replaced at 174,000miles Right and left engine and trans mounts replaced at 174,000miles The car also just passed NJ vehicle inspection at the beginning of May. The Bad (I'll list all the things I am pretty sure are wrong with the car): There are 2 tears in the driver seat (the rest of the seats look fine) The in trunk multi-CD player no longer works(not sure if it is the player or the radio attachment-the radio works fine) The power lock central vaccuum pump located in the trunk no longer works The ABS light is on (the abs module is fine, was rebuilt by ModuleMaster at 165,000miles-however the driver side tone ring on the axle shaft is gone which shows up as an ABS error code) The e-brake needs to be adjusted because recently it pulls very high in order to engage the brake. The grill is missing due in part to the fact that I had emergency lights attached to the car. The windshiled is cracked. There are multiple paint chips on the car including the hood and ceiling along the windshield. Finally, Just recently I believe the wastegate in the turbo is no longer functioning, and the car's check engine light came on and is throwing an engine code of P1128(which translates to Long Term Fuel Trim mult., Bank 1 system too lean). In the end, I just don't have the time or space to work on and maintain this car anymore, especially since I have a new car to commute in. Please take in to account when bidding that this car got me where I needed to go, but is a vehicle with 205,000 miles on it. The car is being sold as-is with no warranties expressed. The buyer is responsbile for picking up. I only accept cash or certified bank check/money order.
