I am selling one of my cars a beautiful 1947 Plymouth. It is powered by a flat head six with three on a tree shifting. She has good paint but now show quality and looks great. The interior is solid with only a small seam about three inches long having been re stitched. Everything works as it should. This is a great driving car and one of my favorites. I have put 3500 miles on it in NC this winter at the beach followed up by a 900 mile trip to our summer home in upstate NY this spring. This car is so reliable that my wife let me drive her favorite Kitty Cat (JJ) on the trip back. I drove at highway speeds around 65 all the way. The engine runs flawlessly, shifts beautifully with no oil burning or leaking. The steering is tight. The brakes are new and stop well but have a squeal some times. I have removed the brake drums to inspect and there are no leaks and all new parts. I blew out the brake drum dust and they were quite for a while. I love to listen to Rush on the original radio. I installed new radials about 2000 miles ago. The exhaust system is perfect. This car is rock solid with no body rust and the undercarriage floorboards and rockers are solid. There is a drop panel below the floor that has rust and I undercoated it. I have a shop manual. The vacuum wipers are kinda pitiful. All dash lights, turn siginals and brake lights work as they should as well as head and tail lights. I just bought another car. Fly into Syracuse NY and drive it home. I added the spotlight after some of the other pictures were taking. The car has a clear NC title.
