this is a REALLY CLEAN well kept bike,with inly 6,000 miles it has been ridden less than 700 miles per year,hence the condition,it has seldom been used.most of these bikes have been ridden hard and put away wet as the saying goes(used RODE hard and not well taken care of) the plastics are bent,marred and broken; the seats are trash and alot of things broken as a result of falls crashes,etc.i have a large collection of over 300 antiques and decided to retire about 9 months ago thus i decided to sell my collection.a fellow in norway wanted several of them and also wanted a couple harleys,he said if i could find him some harleys he would buy a considerable amount of bikes off me.so i bought them along with 5 other bikes as a group from a new franchised dealer.to get the harleys the dealer said he needed to free some cash up thus i needed to buy 5 other bikes.i have sold the other 4,and have only this one yet to sell.it is the first time i have offered it on ebay.i am not extrememly knowledgable about dual sport bikes so i do not want to pretend to be.most of the people looking at this already know 90% more than i do!!-i am an antique guy and never had time to get into the late model dual sport bikes.i CAN TELL YOU though this bike is FAST.THERE IS NO SHORTAGE OF TORQUE,SPEED AND POWER ON THIS BIKE.THE 650'S OF YESTERYEAR i.e TRIUMPH 650'S, BSA'S, NORTONS,will not get out of their own way compared to this pocket rocket example of technology that was built 60 years later than the original designs of the bikes mentioned. for you out of staters,i will be happy to supply buyers of the other bikes to ask about my intregrity,quality,and happiness with the machines i sold them. the bike all were run through the service department ;properly serviced detailed, and passed a rigid quality inspection.what i am saying is this bike is not junk,it is the type of bike you will be pleased with.no corrosion; nothing. it has been kept inside all it's life. i can provide inexpensive transportation for those in different parts of the country at probably less than 1/2 of a quote you will get.i have alot of inexpensive connections for transporting bikes that i have learned through the years.for an example i can get a bike in florida transported to most cities in california for $400. of course the midwest,new england is less money yet .please fell free to call me with any questions,my cell is 352-598-7431 .weekdays is best to call the cell although i sometimes have it on on weekends and evenings.--my home phone is 352-595-5079 i can usually be reached there evenings and weekends.i am up till 11pm nightly.my name is terry.
