This Honda Odyssey is LOADED with comfort, safety, and technological features. This is a very nice example of a 2005 EX-L. This flexible minivan is in very good condition both inside and out, and it runs great. The EX-L model sold for for $30,405 in 2005. The Rear Entertainment / Navigation option package adds $3800 in factory options to the sticker price. This is a lifetime Florida van, so it hasn't been exposed to the road salt and rough conditions of northern roads. It has had just one previous owner. The exterior is in very nice shape. There are no notable dents or dings, and the paint shines all around. Autocheck shows no accident history or any other problems. Exterior features include alloy wheels and roof rails. It also has a rear window wiper and rear spoiler. This Odyssey power sliding side doors on both sides of the van. They can be controlled with the door handles, the remote key fob, or switches next to the driver. The interior is clean, and also in very good condition. There are no rips or tears in the leather seats. The carpets, dash, and door panels are also in great shape. The driver's seat has power controls. Both front seats are heated. The rear seats are also in very nice shape. The rear seats slide and recline. You can also fold them down. There is a lazy Susan storage compartment under the floor in front of the 2nd row seats. The controls and vents for the rear A/C are overhead, The 3rd row seat is equally nice. The cargo area is enormous. The 3rd row seats fold flat into the floor. This Honda offers a nice selection of features: power windows, locks and mirrors; auto dual-zone air conditioning; tilt wheel; cruise control, and much more. Safety features include dual front air bags, front side air bags, curtain air bags, ABS and VSA. This Honda has a premium AM/FM/XM stereo with 6 disc in-dash changer and steering wheel controls (sounds GREAT). The drive for the DVD system is below. It also plays CDs. The large, colorful screen displays Navigation maps and info and audio system settings. Many functions can be voice activated. It also acts as a monitor for the rear view camera. There is also a power glass moonroof with sun shade. The HomeLink universal gate / garage opener controls are overhead. This Odyssey comes with an entertainment system that includes an overhead monitors, and a removable remote control. It plays DVDs, CDs, and radio stations (including XM) There are also auxiliary inputs for other A/V sources and jacks for wired headphones. You can remove the RES control panel and use it as a wireless remote. 2 wireless headsets are included. A protective front end bra is also with the van The 3.5 liter VCM (variable cylinder management) V6 runs smooth and strong . It's rated at 255 hp and 250 lb-ft of torque. Fuel mileage is window-sticker rated at 20/28 mpg. The tires have good tread remaining. The vehicle now has 70,087 miles on it. The mediation must occur in Broward County, Florida. The parties will split the cost of the mediator. The parties must personally appear in Broward County for the mediation. Representatives of the parties will not satisfy the aforementioned requirement. The aforementioned mediation is required prior to the initiation of civil litigation. If mediation does not resolve the dispute, then the parties agree that only the 17th Judicial Circuit Court for Broward County, Florida can resolve the dispute. The parties specifically agree that they will be responsible for their own litigation costs and attorney fees for mediation, civil litigation and appeals.
