*No Reserve* This is a 1955 Mercury Monterey 2-door with a 390 engine from a 1968 Gran Torino and 3 on the floor. Title in hand. Runs and drives. With a little work, this can be a great classic car to cruise around in. It's black and pink from the Good 'N Plenty color scheme. The interior is in good shape, with one small tear on the rear side panel and the door panels have some warping. The carpet's okay but could use a little work. The body was modified by the previous owner, as you can see in the photos. There are some rust spots under the paint. The rear main seal is leaking quite a bit and the carburetor choke does not work. The rear end is noisy. There are two hubcaps and we do have both fender skirts. Odometer reads a little over 31,000 miles, but who knows? I would recommend either towing this vehicle home or fixing the rear main seal before driving it a long way.
