1986 Pontiac Fiero 2M4 More pictures at http://rockford.craigslist.org/cto/1716104622.html Contact me for more. Red with gray interior (converting interior to black) 4 cylinder (rebuilt motor was put in the car shortly before I purchased it) 5 spd manual Unknown miles on body or motor - odometer says almost 200k Aftermarket sunroof - much smaller than factory sunroof New tires (original rims) when purchased Lots of new parts Good shape Purchased in August 2006. Been sitting in heated garage ever since. Only put 20 miles on it before I started restoring it. I just don't have the time anymore. Ran ok before parking it. Drove 20 miles from purchased city. Have about $2500 into car. Pros: Lots of new parts. Planned on converting the interior to black. So, everything in the interior except dashboard was pulled. Put sound deadening on floor boards ($70). Have new black carpet ($180) and still have old carpet (spent lots of time cleaning). Cleaned and painted all plastic trim black. Recovered seats using Mr Mike's leatherette ($400 without labor) - all black with embroidered silver Fiero logo - never sat in or installed. Recovered firewall board with matching Mr Mikes vinyl ($15). Still have roll of vinyl to redo door panels ($80). Cleaned, refinished, and painted black seat sliders to like new. Purchased new wood center armrest console from West Coast Fiero ($200) that is designed to have a subwoofer in it but no hole is cut yet. New shifter boot and surround ($50) and shifter knob ($20). Cleaned, sandblasted, repainted, and rebuilt shifter with Rodney Dickmans short throw shifter arm ($80) and shifter rebuild kit ($35). Assembly looks like and shifts like new. Have extra set of red doors with power windows ($100). Cons: Unknown miles on body or motor - odometer says almost 200k. Few rust holes in trunk under carpet. Has hole in exhaust somewhere. Not driveable in current condition - needs to be put back together (only interior) - have all parts. No radio or speakers.
