This is my 1992 Chevy 1500 std cab 8ft. bed 4.3 motor. This was my everyday driver. It has a 6in. Rough Country Suspension lift with a 3in. body lift. 35in Pro Comp tires. I have brand new brakes with drilled/slotted rotors on front and rears aren't installed. New body mount kit. Steel roll pan, Tonneu cover. AirAid cold air intake. Spark plugs changed 5 months ago. Polar bear brush guard. Fender Flares. I have a bed liner but it needs cut to fit with the bed cover. Window visors. New side mirrors. Every part listed is less than a year old other than the bed liner. Truck inspected till 12/2010. This truck easily has over $3000 in parts alone. Now for the bad - It does leak oil. Has 280k on truck around 180k on motor. When I had the suspension lift put on the the exhaust needed routed around the 4wd shaft and I never had that done so it needs done to fit the shaft in place. About a foot of exhaust needs cut and routed over the shaft. Its far from perfect with some dents and dings and body rust mostly in the cab corners. Its an old lifted truck so what do you expect. I have new u-joints for the front shaft once your ready to have it put in. I'd say an engine swap for this truck is all it needs to be great. I was planning on an LT1 swap but since I bought my V8 Grand Cherokee I've lost all interest. I'm sure I would get back to the truck but I want to try and sell it right now. I hit a big puddle the other day and the exhaust must of contracted and developed a small leak. I don't think I missed any of the goods or the bads. Go to the dealership if your looking for a new truck in perfect condition.
