up for bid is this rough but restorable mustang convertable with tital in hand, Parts to restore this car are reasonable and plentafull,You can see the prices of finished cars in this classification. what you see is what you get, if it is not in the pictures I don't have it, I have too many projects and must move this one, if you want a good opertunity to own a classic 1965 mustang convertable, this may be it, if you are the high bidder I expect you to follow through as per ebay rules. the original color of this car was gold it will make a nice gold and black car, all top bows, rams, pump and latches are intact, I don't know the story on the 289 engine or trans so best to plan on a rebuild, needs floor pans and lower door and quarter patch panels.there is some reparable damage to the lower radiator support and the rt front inner skirt from picking it up with a chain by tractor . trunk floor is solid, there is some body filler in the quarter panels. feel free to ask questions as I am may have missed something. Low reserve, happy bidding.On May-06-10 at 19:57:11 PDT, seller added the following information: Today I got the tital out of my safty deposit box to send a photo of it to a bidder , and i notaced a typeo , the last 3 numbers on the tital are 670 and on the car they are760 all the preseeding numbers match, I know the guy that owned it sense 1980 , i bought it from him. if the high bidder would like to pass on this please let me know and I will pull it and relist it.On May-09-10 at 20:15:53 PDT, seller added the following information: The high bidder as of May 6-10 said they have no problem with the mistake made on the title, so I will not pull this listing, This mistake is easly fixed, I will assume that any other bidders from now to the end of this auction also has no issue with it and will be expected to follow through with their purchase.
