1967 El Camino 396/350 Hp, 4 speed muncie trans, 12 bolt rear end, with 373 gears. This El Camino has power steering,New Pioneer Am/Fm CD with ipod hook ups. Boston Acoustic door Speakers, 10 inch MTX sub. Interior is in good shap it has the orignal seat and seat covers. the drivers side seat cover has some cracking on the right side upper part of seat. The rest is in great shap. The head liner is in good shap for its age. This car was painted about 6 year ago by Kindgit Design in Salt Lake City. This paint job is awsome it turns head every time I take this car for a drive, This was a rust free car to start with. I bought this El Camino 12 years ago, from one of my good friends Dad. It took me about 7 years to convinces him to sell the car to me. I belive that I am the third ower of this car. I do know that he bought the car in the seventy. Then I got it. The paint colors on this car is jet black on top, Audi TT silver pin strip to brake up the contrast, then Boyd Cotinton red on the bottom. the colors of paint is in the door jams and rear tail gate. the paint cost about 10k. The suspension on this car is all Hotchkis, it has their total car system witch is all new coil spring, front and rear sway bar, uper and lower adjustibal control arms. This El camino has manual breaks. It was four wheel drum. It now has Bear racing disk breaks in the front, drum in the rear. And a new brake master cylinder by Bear. This car stops like it has power breaks. And it handles like a sports car in the corners. Now for the Engine This is a 396/350. It is the correct # motor. The # on the front of the bock were taken off by the machinist Steve Flat. Steve Flat is the best machinist in the State of Utah. The bock is board 30 over the crank Is turned 10-10, the crank and the Pistons are balanced. It has forged sealed power pistons. A Lunati Hydraulic roller cam Cam number is 50249. The lift is .578 intake .595 exhaust. The Cylinder heads are Edelbrock Alumadom head, Edelbrock performer RPM intake manifold,Holly 750 dbl pumper carb, And KN air filter. The ignition on this car is a GM HEI distributor, With a MSD 6AL Box , And a MSD Timing computer. This El Camino runs great. Also the the engine block is painted with POR 15 Pait Chevy orange. Also all the bolts to reassemble the engine are ARP. The exhaust on this El Camino is Doctor Gas it is a 3 inch system. The sound off the exhaust is amazing. The wheels on this El Camino are American Racing 17X8.5 Torque trust 2 in front, and 17X9.5 in the rear. The tire's on the front are 255/50R17 BFG G Force t/a's, and the rear are 274/40R17 BFG Drag radials. This car has always been kept in a garage since I have owned it. since I have owned this El Camino it has never been driven in the rain or in snow!!! I drive this car about 10 to 15 times a year .
