This is a very restoreable 66 GTO Post It is 98% complete. Is auto with center console. The exterior was barrier blue and it came with black interior. seats will need to be redone along with most interior as some has been changed to light blue somewhere along the line. The engine is a replacement 67 400 block with 66 heads. Trans is a 68 th400 and rear end is a 10 bolt. It is a manual drum brake and manual steering car. The floors and frame are in good condition. There is a spot in the trunk where the seal must have leaked and water sat inside making it a little soft. It will need small patch in truck. The lower portion of the right rear quarter behind the chrome is rusty. There is some rust in both lower outer wheel houses but the lips are good. The is also small amount of rust on rear lower front fenders. The front clip was changed at some point but this is a true GTO POST. The quarter and tail panel are original as is floors. This car is not hacked up. It has a different front clip that was put on years ago. I do have a body mount and truck floor kit still in the box for a GTO that I will include along with an extra front inner fender that was from another 66 I had. The vin in the door jam has the original stye rivits holding it on as I have got a few people ask me about that. They are the flower shaped rivits! This is a TRUE GTO. I have said this earlier but everyone seems to keep asking me if this is a GTO????? YES IT IS. This is also a project/restoration car and NO you will not be able to come with a tool bag and drive it home.
