1957 Roll-Royce Silver Cloud I - Right Hand Drive. This Silver Cloud I has been in the family for many years and was used by my father over the last 12 years to chauffer weddings in Abilene, Texas. It is safe to say the she is the most photographed car in Abilene's history, and certainly the most photographed Rolls-Royce in that city. This car drives perfectly. She starts right up with no troubles, shifts perfectly through all four gears, and drive straight and smooth down the highway. The carbs are tuned to perfection and all six cylinders have excellent recorded compression. She is in very good all orginal condition. Many new service parts have been installed on the car as needed. My dad was a stickler for maintaining the proper running order of his cars. He loved to drive his Rolls-Royce as much as he could, so he always insured road-worthiness through good maintenance In 2001, he even drove the her all the way to the National RROC meet in Calgary, Alberta. This was from Abilene, TX, to Calgary, Canada, and back! The car has a complete tool kit. Not one piece missing. Also included with this car is an original Silver Cloud I owners manual. The tires are new radials and has always been garaged and covered. An entire box of records and many small spares, such as light bulbs, comes with the the sale. The leather and interior are original. Exterior paint is orignial, except for the front fenders which were repainted and are a dead-on match. She is truely a joy to drive and attracts much attention. She has always been a favorite at car shows and never goes unnoticed. This Silver Cloud is a beautiful orignal example of a Silver Cloud I.
