Vehicle Detail
I have a 1950 Chevy Coupe. I believe it is orginal paint but can't be certain. Very solid car for spending its entire life in lllinois. No major rust what so ever. The areas of rust is floor pans, about 4 small size holls that if filled with fiberglass. The other areas are the inner rockers and body mounts. The rust however has not rusted through to outer rockers. The fenders and quarters are solid with no rust showing or forming. The interior is orginal and is decent but the front seat needs recovered and some interior resto could be done if desired. This is a 6cyl car with a three speed manual on the column. It is turn key and runs very well. It is a joy to drive and is very fun to drive. The rear brakes need to be gone throught but the car does stop on its own power. The suspension has been lowered with two inch blocks in rear and coil and half cut out on the front. It rides very well for this setup. The white walls and wheels pictured do not go with car as i do not have them anymore. I have the original steel wheels that are black with the chevy moon cap. All i can say is that you won't be disappointed driving this car. Its patina look is perfect for regular driving or dropping a small block in or if a total resto is your option, this is a great start. Any questions or need more pics, please ask. Thanks.
