Presented for auction is a 1989 Mercedes Benz 300 E sedan. The car starts,stops, shifts,runs, and drives well,with no smoke etc.The mileage on the car is 198k miles (estimated because the odometer is not working currently) estimate is based on the last reading per the title. I am relisting the car because the previous winning bidder did not pay. Please ONLY bid if you intend to follow through.Since the last auction I have done quite a bit to the car as follows. Items replaced:: New spark plugs, Plug wires Idle control valve Idle position switch Fuel pumps New fuel filter Fuel accumulator Fuel pressure control valve Coil Distributor Cap/Rotor New tires are installed on the rear,and good newer tires are on the front (85-95% tread life). The body and paint is in good condition with minor dings and oxidation. (looks great from 20 feet away) the interior is in good condition,only displays minor wear as a 21 year old car will. (see pictures) All glass is clear,and unbroken,all electrical options work ie. power door locks,windows,sunroof,interior and exterior lighting,guages etc. The passenger side rear door window works but needs to be adjusted. The incorrect muffler is currently installed on the car, I do have the correct muffler ready to be installed. The winning bidder can drive the car home if they choose.
