Vehicle Detail
This 2-owner collector’s item has had all service performed by Honda specialists or myself. As you can see, it is in excellent condition with the minor exception of two dime size dings on the passenger side. The car was garage kept 9 out of the 10 years since production as can be seen by the original, clear plastic window. This beauty was also covered most of the time. This S2000 was one of the first 7000 manufactured in the first limited run back in year 2000. This model is not as RPM limited as later versions which many feel gives it better performance. I purchased the vehicle from retiree who put 5500 miles on it using it as a golf cart (yes trunk holds a set of golf clubs). This car now has about 57K miles and is back to being garage kept. The tires have about 6000 miles on them and look fantastic with plenty of tread. Even if you’re not a speed demon, this car turns heads all over town while getting 27 mpg combined and 30 mpg on the highway (actual). Carfax report, verifying no accidents, is available to those with serious inquiries. All panels are original. The only, very minor, defect is that the driver side window won’t go completely down during top operation. This is a well known issue with a long standing TSB making it easy to get the repair done properly if you chose. The window works fine in manual switch operation.Ignore all those after-market, Frankenstein vehicles you see posted here. There is absolutely no reason to touch this precision driving machine. Everything is original including the floor mats. If you live in the southeast or mid-atlantic I will deliver this vehicle to the winning bidder myself.
