Up for bid is a 1992 Dodge Grand Caravan with a Braun wheelchair ramp. I use this van on a daily basis. I love the ramp to roll my equipment into and out of the Van. This van was king of the hill in its day. The kneel function of the Air Bag Suspension no longer works for the van. The front seats were originally accessories, as the van was originally set up for two wheelchair persons. The break pedal still has the hand control attachment point. The solenoids for the front seats (to grab the wheel chairs) still functions. There are Unistrut and D-ring attachment points for one or two more wheelchairs behind the fron seats. YES, you would have to take it to the custom wheelchair shop to have the hand controls and Wheelchair controls to be re-installed, but I guarantee you, it would cost significantly less to start from here and go to there - or you can use it as is for a work truck like I do. It's really nice to roll heavy things into the van! The clear coat has seen too much Florida sun. It is peeling. Some pieces of trim have fallen off. The van is VERY low to the ground – great for its intended purpose, but you do scrape over most speed bumps. Exhaust pipe has a crack somewhere (from dragging on the ground/hitting speed bumps). I don’t get any Condo Commando complaints, so it’s not that loud, but it is there. A/C Works. Radio does NOT work. Please feel free to stop by and inspect the van. Don't waste our time if you don't intend upon buying. Everyone hates a non-paying bidder. I drive this van on a daily basis. Serves my “work truck” purposes rather nicely. I’m selling only because I need 7K of towing capacity, and the van will not do that. I'll deliver this van anywhere in the USA for $1/mile. Happy bidding.
