For sale here is an extremely original 1946 Jeep Willys CJ2A. It was used by the Fire Chief in a town 40 miles west of Denver in the Mountains. It is currently stored there. It has a siren and red light for this purpose. The Michigan Yellow color is, I believe the original color. The wheels are orangish red with a matching yellow pinstripe that matches the body color. It has not been converted from the original 6 volt system. I am listing the vehicle for sale for the personal representatives of the estate. It will be sold with a title and legal estate documents. The vehicle is offered as is, where is, with no warranties expressed or implied. You are invited to inspect the vehicle prior to bidding,as well as ask questions prior to bidding. All transportation will be paid by the purchaser. You should would assume that the vehicle willl need to be trailered. The estate representatives stated that the vehicle has been started in the last few years and should run, however, confirmation of that fact must be made by you during your inspection proceedure. A non-refundable deposit of $500 must be paid within 24 hrs of your sucessful bid. The deposit may be made by PayPal. The balance will be paid to the estate in the form of cashier's check, certified check or cash within 7 days of your sucessful bid. There is no buy it now price and the reserve will not be disclosed.
