0 0 0 About eight years ago I purchased two TR3’s with the intent to finish one for me and the other for my wife. I did restore mine but my wife spotted a red 59 MGA and now the need to restore the other TR no longer exists. Here is the scoop on this TR3. It is a 1960 SN TS65932L. As you can see by the pictures it is a total restore project. The good news is it’s a perfect candidate to restore. This car spent its life here on the Front Range of the Colorado Rockies. We have a semi-arid climate, which is favorable to the aging of metal. You can get an overall feel for the condition of the car by looking at the pictures of the floorboards and trunk; even the battery compartment is in tact, which is rare. The frame is straight and I see no sign that is has been damaged. The motor turns freely although I have not tried to start it. I believe that the motor, transmission and rear end are original to this vehicle. The TR comes with a clear Colorado title. Feel free to e-mail me if you have additional questions.
