It has a timeless style, and is also loaded with comfort and convenience features. Its not a new car, so there are few minor flaws, but nothing significant, and its priced about $2000 below the NADA suggested retail price. It's a lifetime Florida car that hasn't been exposed to the road salt and rough conditions of northern roads. The exterior is in nice shape. The paint shines all around, and there are no notable dents or dings Autocheck shows no accident history or any other problems. Exterior features include a fog lamps and 19" wheels from Mahdi. The interior is clean, and also in good condition. There are no rips or tears in the leather seats. There is a little wear on the driver's door panel where the cloth meets the plastic, and some wear on the radio buttons. There is also some wear on some radio buttons. Both front seats have power controls with memory. This CLK offers a full compliment of luxury features: power windows, locks and mirrors; cold auto dual-zone air conditioning; BOSEAM/FM/Cassette stereo with steering wheel controls; telescopic wheel; cruise control, and much, much more. The auto-dimming rearview mirror has controls for the programmable gate / garage opener Please see the "features" chart near the top of the description. This car has a Parrot Bluetooth device installed. It powers up, but we did not pair a phone to test it out.Safety features include dual air bags, front side air bags, ESP traction & stability control, and ABS The automatic transmission has a manual shift mode . There is a 6 disc CD changer in the trunk. The operator's manual for the car is included. The trunk is very roomy. This 3.2 liter V8 runs great, and is rated at 215 hp and 229 lb- ft of torque. Fuel mileage is good, window-sticker rated at 20/27 mpg. The front left rim has a little ding on the lip where is meets the tire (shown above). Tire pressure is good. Autocheck shows accurate mileage an no problems of any kind. This car may be driven, so it could have a few more miles by the time the auction is over. The mediation must occur in Broward County, Florida. The parties will split the cost of the mediator. The parties must personally appear in Broward County for the mediation.
