For sale is a 2012 BMW 528xi. The car is in good condition and has never needed major repairs (in fact, only three minor parts have ever been needed). The car gets excellent gas mileage (generally 30-40 MPG highway-see picture- and 20-25 town). I work about 50 miles from where I live, and I would estimate 70%-80% of the miles are highway miles. The car has all wheel drive and is excellent in bad weather. It is equipped with fairly new tires which are "run flat" tires capable of driving flat for up to 50 miles. It is loaded with options including heated seats, navigation, power seats, power windows, backup camera, Bluetooth compatible, push button start, leather interior, woodgrain interior trim, power trunk, steering wheel audio controls, moon roof. It also has an entertainment package with a hard drive capable of music or other downloads and Sirius/XM capability. I believe the car is in good condition and that average private party sale is about $8,500 on Kelley Blue Book. A car in fair condition on KBB has average sale price of appx $7,700. I have set the "buy it now" price slightly below that in order to provide some cushion to a buyer for any issues that might be unknown right now but might crop up in the future.
