The stated auction terms must be observed to maintain this guarantee. This is a very nice 2000 Volkswagen Beetle with the automatic transmission. There has been only one owner since new, and this car has 10,776 original miles. This vehicle was donated to a charity by the owner after she was no longer able to drive. This Beetle was an occasional summer vacation home vehicle and was rarely used. We handle lots of charity vehicles and sell most of them to dealers, but we occasionally offer some to the public when there is particularly desirable about them, such as the extremely low mileage on this one. These cars are first mechanically checked out and serviced to ensure proper operation. It also comes with a Complimentary 3-Month Nationwide Warranty. A 6-Month/Unlimited Mileage warranty is included with our Buy Now price stated above. This warranty can be upgraded to a 4-year comprehensive warranty at the time of purchase. The exterior of this Beetle looks great and the Red paint is nice and glossy. There are a number of light scrapes and scratches that occurred over the years while it was parked. There aren't any dents, and the bumpers do not have any marks on them and are in perfect condition. There isn’t any body rust, and the undercarriage is in great shape as well. The interior is very clean without any damage. The seats and fabric are fresh and clean, and the carpeting is fresh and fluffy throughout this car. All interior trim is tight and intact. This vehicle was non smoker owned, and there aren’t any burn marks or odors inside. This VW runs and drives very nicely, and there aren’t any service or warning lights on. The engine runs very strong and smoothly and the transmission shifts crisply. There aren't any service or warning lights on, and this Beetle is ready for immediate use. We have service records for this car since it was new. The oil was changed about ten times. New brake pads and rotors were installed a thousand miles ago, and the tires were replaced as well. It may seem that much of this service would not be necessary, but manufactures recommend the replacement of certain items after a number of years regardless of mileage. The vehicle history report is clean without any accidents or damage. We have the clean, clear title in hand. REGISTRATION, TITLES & FEES: Out of state purchasers do not pay any Pennsylvania sales tax. A $60 fee will be added to the final sale price of each online transaction, which will cover document fees and preparation, notarizations, and courier costs. Temporary Transit Tags are available through the state of PA for $65, which will provide valid registration for a period of 60 days. In order to obtain this tag, please provide proof of insurance for any vehicle that you presently own. Titles are available to the buyer immediately upon full irrevocable payment, which is performed by bank wire transfer or cash in person. Otherwise, the title will be sent to you after your payments have cleared our bank. Occasionally, a title is still being processed by the state and we will issue free temporary registration until the title is received. All vehicles we sell on eBay are stored in a separate secured facility and we require that all vehicles be picked up within ten days of auction completion. Storage charges after ten days will be charged at $15/day for cars, and more for trucks and larger vehicles depending on size. (Storage charges will not apply to vehicles scheduled for pickup by a transporter). We will try to exercise some flexibility to accommodate special requests regarding our terms, if they are placed before the auction ends.
