This is an exceptionally cool car. Drives and looks great. Title in Arizona as a 1931 Alfa Romeo special construction. The chassis and the engine is 1960’s VW. She starts good, and runs excellent. The gearbox is in perfect condition, all gears work, no grinding, no noise. As you can see on the pictures the gas tank is brand new with new gas lines located in the front of... the vehicle. It has been completely stripped down and had a complete Alfa Romeo specific wiring harness made and professionally installed. Included is a 36x48 professionally drawn wiring diagram. All the wiring colors are Alfa Romeo “correct”. It even has a correct Alfa Romeo fuse box! The entire interior has been custom made and professionally installed by a high-end antique car upholstery business. I had a spare drive-side floor mat made, and will be included in the sale. Riveted to the center console carpet is a real Alfa Romeo data plate with the correct numbers (weight, etc) for a 1931 P1 Monoposto. The dash panel is metal (unlike other cheaper replicas with wood dashes), and all the instruments are Alfa gauges. The dash board switches are Carello. The steering wheel is a NOS “Hellebore”, alone its worth a $1000 dollars. Has a correct Pininfarina dash plate. Both the tires and the chrome wire wheels are brand new, it may be has about 50 miles on them. Even the wheel center caps have Alfa Romeo logos on them.
