Needs very minor tlc. No under body rust or major rot anywhere. Under the car and in the engine bay is mint no rust anywhere- only the rear quater panel by the rear wheel well on both sides has very small rust spot that can be repaired easily, driver side fender has slight bubble. Passenger side door does have a minor ding and rear passenger quater does have some minor dings that can be prepared easily. Comes with Thule roof rack worth over $200 and 2016 civic wheels. Car does come with factor midori green front grill. Brakes and tranny is great. Car has 200k+ miles so perfect for a nice clean swap. Car starts runs and drives but Will need motor soon. All this puppy needs is a nice paint job and swap. These hatchbacks in this color goes for alot of money when they are restored to factoy spec. The Bad:- Needs a motor soon although it still runs and drives- Needs a nice paint job- Car was broken into and had $1,500 of audio stolen, was reported to police and thats the only mishap on carfax.
