Vehicle Detail
Up for auction is a survivor 1969 Camaro SS/RS 350/300 HP Muncie 4 speed with 88677 original miles. This is a 1 owner car bought new by a doctor in Bristol Tenn. It has been stored in the basement for the last 27 years. Don't know why he parked the car. The car is unmolested, nothing has been removed. Still has smog pump and original exhaust. The options include dealer installed a/c, 12 bolt differential, SS package, RS package, Houndtooth interior, Muncie 4 speed, power brakes, power steering, and Rally wheels. The original Firestone Wide Oval spare is still in trunk with jack. Passenger seat and rear seats look as they have never been sit in. It's not perfect there is some rust on both back vinyl roof corners and around both rear fender wells, and a spot on each front lower fender. Floor pans look great and I did see a couple rust spots in trunk under mat. I took pictures of these areas so you can see for yourself. Winning bid due within 3 days of auction end. Drove this car 300 miles this weekend with no issues. When you park car there are a few oil spots, what would you expect for a 49 year old car. $500 deposit required. Buyer responsible for pick up. Thanks for looking. Also listed locally so auction could end early. If you don't plan on paying for the auction you win, please don't bid. If you have 0 feedback you bid will be cancelled. Thanks On Dec-18-18 at 08:15:30 PST, seller added the following information: Everyone asking alot of questions, so I tried to find out more info. First I'm selling car for a friend, and had to find out some info. This car was sold new in 1969 to a doctor in Bristol Tenn, he died in 1996 and the family parked the car in the basement. His wife was a hoarder and has stuff pilled all over this car it was buried. She had no idea where she put the paper work for the Camaro. They're 2 sets of keys, one has the original leather key holder from the Bristol Dealership. The car title is clear, but the lawyer made my friend send the title off and put in his name.
